    1. Fragments Inc. and its affiliates (hereinafter, “COMPANY”, "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

    1. We may send you emails from time to time with relevant information about COMPANY, our services and promotional materials about third parties which we think you will find interesting. For some messages, we may use personal information we collect about you to help us determine the most relevant information to share with you.
    2. If you do not want to receive such messages from us, you can usually inform us by selecting certain boxes when you provide your contact details to us. You can also change your marketing preferences by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.‍
  6. Security, Storage and Transfer
    1. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to employees, agents, contractors and other third parties solely on a need-to-know basis under a duty of confidentiality.
    2. All personal information we collect will be stored by our cloud hosting providers on secure servers.
    3. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
    4. We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for us to do so, with regards to the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and where retention is necessary for compliance to legal and regulatory requirements. ​

      2. where processing is unlawful you may request, instead of requesting erasure, that we restrict the use of the unlawfully processed personal data;
      3. We no longer need to process your personal data but need to retain your information for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
    6. Right of portability: the right to receive Personal Information in a commonly used format and to have it transmitted to another controller.
